According to the agreement signed on January 20, 2022, InfoBuild Oy’s right of Tibco’s representation will be extended to all products included in the Tibco partner program in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Since 1986, InfoBuild has represented the products of Information Builders, which Tibco acquired in early 2021,
Tibcon is owned by the private equity firm Vista Equity Partners.
The acquisition of Citrix Systems by Vista Equity Partners and Evergreen Coast Capital was announced on January 31, 2022, and Vista Equity Partners plans to merge Citrix with Tibco. The purchase price is approximately EUR 14.7 billion.
The merger of Tibco and Citrix will enable cross-selling of analytics solutions along with virtualization and cloud services.
Citrix specializes in virtualization and cloud services technologies. Citrix is best known to end users as a provider of solutions for remote access to its enterprise systems.
